Stone sconces: The surface is left unsealed, with porous sections left unfilled; due to this approach and to the qualities of natural stone, colour and veining will vary from one sconce to another. All stone versions are crafted in Porto, Portugal.
Metal sconces: Because each casting occurs in small batches, slight variations will be visible from one piece to another. Production marks may include slight pour ripples or surface pitting. Further, the original bright finish will oxidise and darken over time to reveal a distinctive patina. If preferred, use a quality metal polish to restore brightness. All metal versions are crafted, finished and polished in Sydney, Australia.
